"Great rates, the backing of State Farm (awesome with claims), and a super friendly guy. Has helped me so much over the years. I've been with him for 3 decades. I insure all of my work and personal vehicles with Garrett, my home, business building, business liability, and my motorcycle. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for sure.
I shopped rates recently just to compare, and was told my rates are super competitive, and Garrett and his team are always there for me.

"In the short time that we've had State Farm, we've had a major water leak in the second floor bathroom of our home and sadly a couple of vechile incidents in our own driveway, so embarrassing. Regardless of our claims or simply our need to inquire about our account with an agent. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous to us. We appreciate your time and help. "I recently was in a situation of my homeowners insurance being cancelled after using state farm for over 40 years and never filing a claim due to 2 things that needed taken care of which I thought were only suggestions around my home. Both Vanessa and Tasha helped me by listening to me and help me get these things taken care with only 2 days left until I was going to be cancelled. So thankful for them and Garrett Estes for all their help."

"I’m being spam called by them. I didn’t give them my information or ask to be contacted.
UPDATE: I wrote this review 4 years ago and they are still calling me. I blocked their number but they leave voicemails. I am registered on the do not call list but apparently they just ignore that. Because of their disrespectful, predatory sales tactics, I will never use them."

Will you PLEASE help us!! I have searched our data base, and I can't find your information at all under Lola S. Would you please call or text us at the office 440.331.3111 Or even my personal cell phone 440.669.0040. So, we can locate that information that the office has, or State Farm has so this can stop.
I also want to thank you for the review even though it is not a high star rating, the review gives us feedback to help improve our office and opportunities for growth to be better. "We switched several years ago from a large, impersonal insurance company with horrible customer service (think Emu) to State Farm, where an actual person answered the phone from an office not too far away from where I was inquiring about rates. They even helped me finally get a hold of the former insurance company so I could cancel that policy.
We now have both home and auto insured with State Farm. I enrolled in the drive safe and save program. A couple months ago I was notified of my rates for the next 6 month period and discovered that my rate had actually gone DOWN $10 a month. There was no big announcement - my rate just went down. I almost couldn’t believe it since nothing goes down! Anyway, in a world that is too loud, it’s nice to simply work with an insurance company that simply provides what it says it will provide - and that my safe driving habits actually benefitted me. Sharing a picture of my Subaru with almost 100,000 miles on it!"
