"I had insurance with this company for 14 years this year of 2024 I was paying $190 range in march since march my insurance jumped to $267 .. I will no longer be using this company I have no tickets no accidents also"

A couple factors to consider that actually happened to your account. The first change was you added a new vehicle to your insurance and unfortunately the cost of two vehicles is more costly than one. Secondly while you had a lower cost for a few renewal cycles we did take a couple rate increases due to lowering cost during and the post Covid years. As a business owner I’m sure you can relate to all these costs going that have escalated in the last year or two. We here at the office don’t like it anymore than you. We are very sorry to lose your business and we will use your comments to be always strive to be better in the future. Thank you for everything you helped our office with in the last 14 years "
