"My wife and I have been customers for 3 years. We both have clean driving records, no tickets no accidents. Lately I've been quite upset with State Farms clock-work like policy of raising my premiums every 6 months. I mean, I get it. I see the idiots out on the roads every day. How-ever, don't punish people that are driving sensibly! This has upset me to the point of searching for a new Insurance company. That changed today when I talked to Jennifer at State Farm. I had the idea that maybe I could lower the coverage on one of my vehicles down to liability and lower my rate. That's where Jennifer came in . After taking the time to listen to me rant, she made it a point to review my policy. Now, not only was I able to maintain full coverage on all my policies, I have a more reasonable rate. Thank goodness there are still people like Jennifer in this crap economy willing to go that extra mile and do her job the way it should be done."

"Sadly, I've been a customer for over 6 years. I only have one word to describe this company: Unethical. Remember the hail storm from 2023? This was the first homeowners claim I've ever submitted in 16 years of being a homeowner. Contractors advised me to replace much of the roof and siding, but Statefarm is doing everything in its power to minimize damages; including unethical business practices. It's hard to swallow increasing premiums and poor customer service, but unethical business practices are totally unacceptable. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Statefarm doesn't care about you; only about its shareholders."
